Conflux is a brand new company launching our first product, the Slash /78. Founded by an engineer and machinist, Conflux reels are proud to build our products in-house, using materials and tools exclusively from North America. We design and machine every part of our reels and place each piece of die cut carbon in molds we made ourselves.

We start with raw aluminum billet and a roll of carbon fabric, and produce the reels you see here. At the time of this writing, Conflux is a one man, founder run operation.

I designed and built the Slash for adventure. From wading up to a new pool in a familiar spot to hiking some off map trail to get to know a brand new piece of water, our lightweight and rugged design allows you to lengthen your days and your casts. Compression molded carbon fiber construction allows Conflux to push the boundaries of handling and precision, while ushering in a brand new level of strength.

Our mission is to build the most beautiful and carefully engineered reels available. We want to come along the next time you bet the day and get skunked, or better yet return with glory and an expanded map.
